Throughout our different restaurants, you will have the opportunity to discover our “Face of the Producers” initiative created to support local artisans and Swiss know-how.
Our gastronomy is not only responsible but also gourmet. This ambition was made possible thanks to Mirto Marchesi, a renowned Chef from Ticino, who now heads our 4 restaurants.

Let yourself be carried away into the world of Italian cuisine. The Peppino is a Trattoria with a modern spirit offering a culinary journey throughout different regions of Italy. Here, our pizzas are cooked using traditional methods, our pasta is homemade by our Chef, and our olive oil is infused with fresh herbs from our garden. Come and discover the authentic flavors of traditional Italian cuisine!
Opening hours : everyday, from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 22:00
A buffet following the rhythm of the seasons.
From 7:00 am, the smell of fresh pastries and crusty breads invades the entire restaurant. Come and enjoy our seasonal fruits, mountain milk yogurt, fresh eggs, local cheese and homemade jams!

As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, we refuse single use plastic, we produce our own still and sparkling water, we aim to minimize our food waste, we buy from sustainable suppliers, and above all we count on you to help us improve!
